For just $20 a year more than a Basic listing you can opt for the Basic Plus listing which looks like the sample below. It is displayed beneath any Full or Standard listings that match the site visitors search criteria but above any Basic listings.
If you operate in a very small market with little competition you may find the Basic or Basic Plus listings are all you need to generate extra bookings. However, visitors tend to use fairly broad search criteria such as "Vermont Bed & Breakfast" which generates hundreds of matches and the Basic listings are sorted below the other two listing types. For best results you want to be on the first or second page of the results list. Our fees are so low that a single extra booking will pay for several years listing in our directory so the decision to upgrade your listing should be a simple one.
The Basic listing includes a photograph (up to 200k in JPEG format), your property name, secure email link, phone, fax and toll free numbers. The thumbnail photo shown with your listing will be scaled to 80 pixels x 60 pixels and when clicked on, will expand to the original size of the photo you submitted. Plus, if any of our InnTravelers have reviewed your property or submitted photos of it a link to those items will be displayed within your listing. (InnTravelers coming soon)
Basic Plus Features
If you have your own internet domain and website you should consider upgrading to Basic Plus. With this plan we will add your URL to the listing and create a link back to your site. You also get space for a short three line description ( about 75 words) and Plus listings are sorted ahead of Basic. Basic Plus is just $49 a year and multi-year discounts are available.
Basic and Basic Plus listings are available to any independent accommodation owner that provides lodging to the public in any form. This means bed and breakfast, boutique hotel, castle, villa, chalet, cottage, ranch, farm, fishing camp, tent, treehouse or whatever.
Agree to add a link on your site to IndeXinn and our search engine will place your listing ahead of any other Basic or Basic Plus listings that do not agree to the link - see the Logo Placement Upgrade for details.
