When someone searches our database they see a list of all the properties that match the criteria they have specified. The list is sorted so that Full listings appear first followed by Standard then Basic Plus and Basic listings then finally the free text listings. If your property is located in a very competitive market you might want to purchase a guaranteed position for any time your property is listed on the results page.
Our position guarantee is a bid system that awards the top positions to the highest bidders. In any search where your property is among the results the Full Listings are first sorted by the position bid amount.
A position bid is an annual amount but it can be increased at anytime by prorating your payment up to your next renewal date.
Position bids are available in $50 increments and prorated at .15¢ per day. In other words if you entered your first $50 bid on January 1st and decided to increase your bid to $100 on August 1st you would pay 153 days @ .15¢ = $22.95 for the balance of the year.
Users of IndeXinn search for many different things besides location and the position bid is used in all search results. For example yours may be the only villa available if someone searches for Villas in Gregory Town, Eleuthera, Bahamas but if they search for Villas in the Caribbean you will be just one of hundreds. So make your position bids accordingly.
