breakfast: bowl of cornflakes OR honey flavoured oats
snack: a muselli bar
lunch: a cheese sandwitch w/ white bread
snack: a few biscuits, some chips
dinner: a meal of pasta w/ homemade tomato sauce
snack: a milo or a warm drink before bed
is this healthy? what could i do instead? i can’t change what i eat for dinner coz that is my parents decision and i can’t not eat so what can you suggest??
ps. sometimes i eat carrot sticks for my first snack in between brekky and lunch
