Why Is This Happening and What Does It Mean?
well i start to dread eating dinner because i am never hungry and in the morning i really hate eating the bacon hash brown and bread because i am not hungry!! It kinda makes me feel sick since i dont want to eat it at all… i am also afraid at dinner to eat a lot because i think in bed i might feel sick since it wouldn’t have digested and i would be lying down (which doesn’t really work for me)… thanks for your help and if you could come up with any causes of this that would be great (ie:depression, lack of sleep)
Oh and by the way, sometimes a wake up during the night and feel sick and not be able to get to sleep and maybe it may be a lack of sleep?
As well i heard somewhere that when you get woken up you dont feel like breakfast because your system is still trying to oget back to sleep and i found out that if i purposely wake myself up (alarm) like 60:00-45:00 before i would have breakfast, i tend to accept it a lot easier and it doesnt make me feel sick…
Thanks for your help and by the way i know i should try something else for breakfast but i dont like cereal or nuts and nutella gives me stomach aches and stuff but i was thinking if i cut up some banana/apple maybe that would help?
