Can Anyone Recomend a Nice Country Pub in East Essex, for Proper Home Cooked Food?

Can Anyone Recomend a Nice Country Pub in East Essex, for Proper Home Cooked Food?

My girlfriend and I live in Westcliff-on-Sea in Essex, and want to go for lunch this weekend, but we want A nice little country pub (or a big one!) that does proper cooked on site type food, no just frozen stuff chucked in a microwave!

Can anyone recommend anywhere? Hopefully out Shoebury or Rochford way, but could go as far as battles bridge I suppose.

Thanks in advance!

Do You Think I Am Healthy? What Do I Need to Do to Be Healthier?

Do You Think I Am Healthy? What Do I Need to Do to Be Healthier?

I am 23 year old, 163 cm tall and weight 100 pounds.

I wake up at 6:30 am everyday and I go to bed before 11 pm.

Breakfast – 200 ml organic soy milk (280 mg calcium) with half cup of wheat based cereal

Morning Tea – some wholemeal bread (garlic bread or peanut butter or nutella)

Lunch – 1 full bowl of white rice or 1 full plate of pasta with parmesan cheese

(serve with around 100 g meat at least 2 different vegs + egg or tofu)

Tea – 3 different kind of fruits (small potion)

Dinner – big bowl of home made veg soup or salad

I ate quite a lot junk food before but not anymore and I only use little olive oil or pink salt or sugar or sesame oil or margarine when cooking and I always have chopped garlic or onion or leeks in my dishes. I don’t like cooked fish but I eat sushi and sashimi and I eat seafood once a week. I drink at least 6 cups of water or green tea a day.

So am I healthy? Do I have enough calcium or vitamins? Do I need to take supplement?

Also, I am a bit concern about the radiation from microwave and CRT TV. I don’t use either the microwave or the CRT TV at all but my housemates do. They use the microwave about 5 times a day and we never have the windows open, can this be dangerous to my health?
