I'm Trying to Lose Weight! Is This to Much to Eat?
Okay I did 1 hour exercise today and this is what i have eaten since 11am this morning, as that is when i had breakfast:
1 large diet shake(2 teaspoon of diet powder) 200ml skim milk, with 2 weetbix and a small drizzle of honey
small handfull nuts/seeds/fruit
Lunch
1 large diet shake(2 tablespoon of diet powder) 200ml skim milk, 175g 99% FF yogurt and a banana 1 tablespoon milo
1 carrot 2 x 6 inch celerysticks 3 salada’s 3 light pieces of cheese
tea
1 low calorie energy bar
mango diet shake 200ml milk 1 weetbix
apple large handhull of nuts/seeds and dried fruit.
Any opinions, am i eating to much? I need to lose weight.
will most likely have some more nuts or seeds before bed and more exercise about 30 more minutes.
